The Technology Services area of Enrollment Services provides both internal and external technology support services. For Enrollment Services, this includes hardware and software support and management, inventory processing, web development, report writing, and development of policies and procedures.
On behalf of the Institute, Enrollment Services leads project efforts for BuzzPort, the portal system for applicants, students, faculty, staff, and affiliate members of the Georgia Tech community. We lead the strategic direction for BuzzPort, solving challenges in functional and technical implementation, manage the “on-the ground” organizational and communication work necessary to realize greater project returns, and engage customers, compiling valued feedback into product enhancements and improvements. BuzzPort management also consists of a cross-discipline steering committee, sponsor groups, and advisory and service delivery boards, aligning the delivery of portal services to the needs of users in the Georgia Tech Community.
