Our records indicate that your account balance was not paid by the published deadline. If you wish to appeal your schedule cancellation, provide the information requested below no later than midnight Wednesday, May 29th, 2013. Once you submit your appeal, please check your account for reinstatement status. The decision from the Appeals Committee will be emailed to the GT email address on file with the Institute as soon as possible. All students approved for reinstatement will be charged $175 reinstatement fee (no exceptions granted) and all fees are due upon receipt of approval. Your complete schedule will be reinstated; no partial reinstatements will be allowed.
